In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hsprime7," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the hsprime7 platform accessible at https://hsprime7.net, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the hsprime7 website, mobile interface, software applications, and all associated gaming and betting services made available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any natural person who has registered a hsprime7 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the hsprime7 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held in a Player's account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hsprime7 or had an Account permanently closed by hsprime7 for breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the hsprime7 Platform at any time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts and permanent suspension of access to the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. hsprime7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hsprime7 Account credentials, including your username and password. hsprime7 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

You agree not to disclose your Account login credentials to any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. hsprime7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify hsprime7 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. hsprime7 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to such notification.

hsprime7 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from hsprime7 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

hsprime7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. hsprime7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the banking section of your Account dashboard. These thresholds are subject to change and hsprime7 will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Company's anti-money laundering procedures.
• hsprime7 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending KYC verification requirements.
• hsprime7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may require the submission of additional identification documents before funds are released.
• Withdrawals will only be approved from accounts that have satisfied the KYC verification requirements in full. Incomplete verification may result in withdrawal delays.

hsprime7 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 5% and 20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.

• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once using multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the hsprime7 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, or other games — as published within the relevant game or sports book interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product only.

• Bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player, except where hsprime7 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for that specific market.
• hsprime7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened, priced, or settled in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical malfunctions.
• For cricket and PSL betting markets, hsprime7 applies the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for matches affected by weather interruptions, consistent with the official rules of the relevant governing body.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. hsprime7 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where warranted by unusual betting patterns or risk management considerations.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your Real Money Balance upon official settlement of the relevant event. Live in-play markets are settled based on the verified result at the time the in-play market is closed.

hsprime7 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions. Any such winnings are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits made to your hsprime7 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or facilitating the use of your Account by a third party for any purpose.
• Any conduct that hsprime7 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward hsprime7 staff or other players via any communication channel.

hsprime7 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to conduct manual reviews of any Account at any time. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, hsprime7 may, in its sole discretion, void bets, forfeit balances, permanently ban the Player, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or game code.
• Use the hsprime7 name, logo, or any associated branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of hsprime7 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hsprime7 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

hsprime7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your hsprime7 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hsprime7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond hsprime7's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of certain services. hsprime7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

hsprime7 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the hsprime7 Privacy Policy.

hsprime7 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, personalised marketing (where consent is given), and improvement of Platform services. Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the provision of hsprime7 services.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by hsprime7, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require the Company to retain certain data for specified periods. Data requests may be submitted to [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hsprime7 holds its international gaming licence.
